Notice of Annual General Meeting 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors will be held at the Novotel London St. Pancras Hotel, 100-110 Euston Road, London NW1 2AJ on Wednesday 19th October 2011 at 11:00 hours to consider the following business:

1.		Apologies
2.		Minutes of the last AGM
3.		Report of the Board's business, 2010- 2011
4.		To receive the annual report and the accounts for the year ending 31 March 2011
5.		To re-appoint Dickinson's as auditors for the ensuing year
6.		Appointment of Trustees.
7.		To consider items of notified other business

If you would like to attend, please notify Eve Stuart at the following address: evelyn.stuart@ciea.org.uk quoting your name, status within the CIEA and membership number. If you would like to offer your apologies, please contact Eve, offering your apologies and adding your CIEA details.

If you would like to put yourself forward as a trustee, please contact Eve and she will send you the necessary forms and explain the procedure to you. Please remember that the closing date for submissions for Trustee will be Thursday September 15^th.

If you are unable to attend but would like to offer the Chair your proxy vote to re-appoint Dickinson's as the auditors for the forthcoming year, please contact Eve Stuart at the address above.
