What is the Vocational Assessor Compendium?
The Vocational Assessor Compendium has been formulated to enable members to address assessment-related skill gap(s) and/or developmental need(s). This can be achieved by mapping skill gaps or developmental needs against the competencies (both assessment-based and personal) contained with the CIEA Professional Framework and accessing the relevant advice and resources contained within this Compendium.
