The Internal Summative Assessment Compendium has been developed to enable members to address assessment-related developmental need(s). This can be achieved by mapping skill gaps or developmental needs against the competencies (both assessment-based and personal) contained with the CIEA Professional Framework and accessing the relevant advice and resources contained within this Compendium.
