In order for your application to be processed as quickly as possible it is important that you answer the questions below as fully as possible. You should also submit the required supporting documents promptly, as late submission may delay approval of your application. The required supporting documents are detailed in Section 8 of the application form, and detailed instructions can be found at the back if needed.
